CHALLENGES

As a Group company, Veolia Water Technologies is undergoing a planning process geared to the Group. As a result, several perspectives have to be included in the planning in order to meet the requirements of the stakeholders. The planning itself happened Microsoft Excel based, with the well-known challenges: clarity, data quality and long turnaround times.

ACHIEVEMENTS

In the first step, CoPlanner personnel planning was introduced, which provides an overview of the personnel costs (by cost element) and also of the number of employees. In addition, cost center planning and revenue planning are implemented. Interfaces to possible upstream systems are mapped via the CSV import and ensure the integrity of the data.
