From the beginning it was clear in the project that Theben AG wanted to help shape the implementation and largely take over itself. A team from controlling and IT was introduced in the coaching approach to the replacement of the existing MS Excel planning files and reports. Only selected implementation focuses were directly adopted by CoPlanner.
The connection to the central ERP system proAlpha was made almost entirely by Theben AG. This includes the connection of other subsidiaries that report their data via export files. This data is prepared in a uniform Group profit and loss statement and balance sheet. In addition, the local view of the results is also available to the subsidiaries. For sales planning, some adjustments were made to the ENTERPRISE Edition. The next step is now to set up the legal consolidation.
