CHALLENGES

MARK planned with the help of Microsoft Excel files what turned out to be increasingly confusing and difficult to handle. With the implementation of the CoPlanner, the preparation time for the actual controlling task of the planning was shortened immensely. The required figures for MARK with the eight companies were processed within a very short time

 

ACHIEVEMENTS

By integrating into the existing system landscape, ProAlpha as source system, Sage-DPW and an existing SQL Server-based data warehouse, which has already integrated the pre-system data, an integrated planning solution was implemented.

  • The decentralized investment planning, here a very detailed list is required, taking into account investments in construction and payment plans per investment program (down payment / partial payment)
