Kick-off workshop with new customer Lorenz Shoe Group

Central project goals and content for implementation were detailed, the timetable for the project was set. The first milestone will be the introduction of certified commercial consolidation, which will already be used for the 2019 financial statements. At the same time, planning is introduced, the highlights of which are the budgeting of sales, production costs and capacities as well as the related service relationships between the various production and sales companies. We are happy to report about it again after implementation!
