With the Business Intelligence solution at Maresi, a top-down or button-up brand DB I planning was established on the item and customer level in the company. In addition, care was taken to harmonize the three different planning processes (budget, expectation and KAM expectation). Kore and Fibu points of view were linked in the planning and made available at the touch of a button. Marketing and overhead costs are planned per cost center and per month. In the first implementation stage, a DB invoice, a standardized target / actual and an analysis solution were implemented. The actual data from the different SAP modules are automatically loaded into the CoPlanner every day.
