FOUNDER DR. WALTER FRÜHWIRT BRINGS THE YOUNG GENERATION TO THE MANAGEMENT

15.04.2019, Graz - Within the scope of the last CoPlanner Christmas party, Dr. Ing. Walter Frühwirt has already announced internally to his team that he will gradually withdraw from the day-to-day business after the turn of the year, after more than 30 years. The measures for this change have been prepared in recent months. As of April 1, 2019, the announced change in the management was now also officially completed with the registration of the company register.

Dr. Walter Frühwirt brings the younger generation to the management board and remains the main shareholder of CoPlanner Software & Consulting GmbH. His son Alexander Frühwirt is now following the management and will take over a large part of his agendas.

Alexander Frühwirt: „With my father's retirement as the principal shareholder, my transition to the executive board comes at a time when the company has a solid foundation and excellent growth prospects. In this respect, this results in a clear mission and the challenge to take on the tasks assigned in the same quality and with the same foresight.“

The new management consisting of Robin Schmeisser, Heinrich Nordsieck and Alexander Frühwirt will be responsible for driving the business of CoPlanner in the future.
