You recently had the opportunity to get to know CoPlanner and noventum's joint project through a webinar (click here for the webinar). During the collaboration, the "noventum HR Analytics" tool harmonises HR data in a data mart and transfers it to the planning tool CoPlanner for personnel cost planning. Elaborate and error-prone Excel spreadsheets are replaced by a clear cockpit in the CoPlanner. There, changes can be made quickly and flexibly, thus ensuring easy handling in personnel cost planning. Comprehensive simulations can be carried out for budget planning and forecasts, and the results can be used in reporting for further corporate planning.

shopware AG is now simplifying its personnel cost planning with the noventum HR Analytics Tool. Since its founding in 2000, the e-commerce giant from Schöppingen has since grown into the largest manufacturer of online shop systems in Germany.

In this special project, the HR Analytics Tool merges and harmonizes the data from the human resource management systems bambooHR and DATEV, which is used as a payroll accounting tool, and then carries out personnel cost planning in the CoPlanner module.
