CARINTHIAN HEALTH INSURANCE

The carinthian health insurance is responsible under the ASVG for the implementation of health insurance in the southernmost province of Austria. The modern service company registers more than 100.000 customer contacts in their own facilities every year. In addition to the main office in Klagenfurt, Hermagor, Spittal/Drau, Villach, Feldkirchen, St. Veit/Glan, Völkermarkt and Wolfsberg have also set up service centers in the district cities.

To support the ongoing planning and reporting process, the carinthian health insurance commissioned CoPlanner to implement it's controlling software. The aim was to introduce a planning an evaluation tool for the automated calculation of individual company figures, such as treatment times for all areas and profitability calculations. Daily updated data is loaded from various sources such as SAP and Excel via automated interfaces into the CoPlanner. In addition, IS data can also be entered manually in the CoPlanner and returned to the DWH.

CoPlanner also offers the possibility of creating different budgeting and extrapolation scenarios based on existing data.

In a next implementation step, the various company key figures will be made available in uniformly formatted reports.
