This is what we have in store for you

  • Development and expansion of our BI and CPM business in Southern Germany and Austria
  • Sales responsibility for the sales territory and the assigned customers
  • Development and expansion of the assigned pipeline
  • In particular, acquiring new customers with the aim of serving them in the long term with the range of services and thus to bind them to the company, as well as independent and active customer support
  • Identification of business topics of the customer and generation of adequate sales opportunities
  • Establishing & intensifying the business relationship with the relevant contacts at the customer and at partners
  • Elaboration of detailed sales plans and execution of related measures and activities
  • Presentation of products and services at the customer site (currently remote)
  • Customer specific quotation and order processing up to sales closing
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from Consulting and Marketing

 

Who are we looking for

  • Enthusiasm for working with customers, confident appearance, strong sales sense and argumentation skills
  • Very good contact management, negotiation skills and an independent way of working
  • Successfully completed studies in business information technology or a business degree
  • several years of professional experience in sales of IT solutions requiring explanation, ideally in solution sales (solution consisting of products and project services) in the areas of business intelligence, corporate performance management or comparable areas
  • Basic experience in handling and using CRM solutions
  • Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel

We need someone who proactively tackles things and knows that sales success largely depends on hard work and continuity. Who is not deterred by defeats and always looks ahead. Who already understands how to get from a lead to a pitch and strategically increase the chances of closing. But we are also looking for someone who wants to achieve something and still wants to learn the tools of the trade in CPM sales. The prerequisite is the will to make a difference and go the extra mile. The necessary sales tools can be learned in direct coaching with the Sales Director.
