Last year, the concept was developed for a group-wide business intelligence solution at BOXMARK, one of the world's leading manufacturers and processors of high-quality upholstery leather. The CoPlanner team was able to convince with the concept and win the BOXMARK Group as a new customer.
BOXMARK, as a globally operating company with its own companies and plants in seven countries, faces the challenge of mapping relevant key figures from the various business areas and trading activities in a group-wide system. Based on this, the claim is to present comparisons of key figures and consolidations of decision-relevant information clearly.
In co-operation with CoPlanner, a tailor-made concept was developed with the content of a global and integrated success and financial planning including sales, production and investment planning on the basis of existing resources. The focus here is on the implementation phase that has now started, and the required data is taken from different SAP systems and brought together.
The exciting challenge of this project is to capture the extensive requirements as well as the complex core processes of the internationally operating company in order to optimally connect the various planning levels and divisions and to map them in a central planning system.
