COPLANNER IMPLEMENTATION
The implementation of CoPlanner varies from case to case leading to completely different projects due to different structures and requirements on the CoPlanner. To give you an idea of a realistic implementation schedule, we will show you an example of a standard implementation.
Usually, a CoPlanner standard implementation starts with a detailed coordination of the project. During the quotation process, the requirements are discussed and recorded. Workshops are often used to adjust the customer’s requirements – thus, a CoPlanner solution already exists in many cases. The detailed adjustment phase is used to define not only the specific steps of implementation conducted by the CoPlanner teams but also to create a schedule including tasks and responsibilities.
Implementation
After defining the links via interfaces or supplying export files from the former system the next step is to create data imports. First the master data and structures are imported and assigned in the CoPlanner. Afterwards the transfer data is imported.
When the creation of all import objects is finished the CoPlanner is installed in the company – of course only if the required hardware exists.
Additionally, we offer a training program to make the users familiar with the CoPlanner right at the beginning.
Any further adjustments of the model that might be necessary will be conducted by the CoPlanner team themselves or in cooperation with them.
Eventually there is a special training for the company’s PowerUsers who will administrate the CoPlanner. The delivery of the CoPlanner and the start of the live operation finalise the implementation process.
